CR Readers
Time to upgrade to DR! Please consider upgrading to DR, rather than
continuing with CR. Universally, CR readers are becoming obsolete
and are being replaced by Direct Digital Radiography “DR”. Many
manufacturers are approaching end-of-life and will no longer have
spare parts available. Simons X-Ray will still service CR readers to the
maximum extent possible. However, please consider upgrading to a
DR system to avoid down-time, lack of spare parts and manufacturer
support. See offer below to upgrade with a trade-in rebate.

Until July 2025, any customer who turns-in their CR reader will
receive a $5,000 credit toward the purchase of a new AGFA 14-DR,
which includes removal of your CR and installation of the new. Note:
